There are many ways to use glutamine, dependant on whether they are to tackle depletion or promote recovery.


For depletion, CNP think 5-20 g per day, preferably on an empty stomach and in water, is most suitable.


As a supplement, it may simply be added to your favourite protein supplement, recovery formula, or weight gainer.
